What exactly am I buying?

One hosted digital wedding invitation in this design, an editable customer dashboard, RSVP collection, optional consent-based guest reminders and a shared album. No physical item is shipped.

How long is it available?

12 months of hosting start when you first publish. There is no recurring subscription or automatic renewal. The album holds up to 250 photos, maximum 8 MB per upload. Public access ends at expiry; expiry does not itself erase your stored records.

Do I need a domain or technical skills?

No coding or hosting setup is needed for the hosted version. Choose an available invitation link such as saywedding.app/i/anna-james/. This is a link on our website, not a separately registered domain. Published link names stay fixed to protect shared QR codes.

Can I edit it on my phone?

Yes. Sign in to My invitations on your phone, tablet or computer. Edit the details, preview and save. Your account holds all invitations purchased with that account email; every activated purchase has its own link and guest list.

Can guests really say no?

Yes. A playful interaction may be part of the invitation, but the final RSVP always lets guests record their real attendance choice.

How does the photo QR work?

The QR opens the guest album. Guests tap the upload/camera button, allow camera access if requested and confirm their photo. Photos are not taken or uploaded automatically. People with the album link or QR can access the shared album.

Will it be ready in five minutes?

You can personalise the essentials in about five minutes once you have your names, date and venue ready. Extra questions, styling and photos may take longer. Preview and check everything before sharing.

What if my email or code does not arrive?

Check your order page and spam folder first. Sign in with the email connected to your purchase. Contact us with your order number if payment is confirmed but access is missing. Never share your password or activation code publicly.

Can I buy another design or other wedding products?

Yes. Add further products to your cart. Each paid invitation unit receives its own activation code. Other wedding products follow their own listing and delivery details.

Can I cancel or get help with a problem?

Contact us using the details in Terms & conditions, quoting your order number. Our terms explain cancellation and support. Buying a digital product does not remove your mandatory consumer rights.
